:Unfortunately, this designer may only have some ability with very specific instructions. My hope was that the designer would be able to come up with a creative concept to simplify my message with infographics. This was not the case. So, I designed something and sent it to the designer who could not use it with out having it in a word format so it could be copied and pasted. The final product was sent in a JPG format with the title "Add Text Here". The same was added near our logo. This information was provided to the designer but because it would require typing the designer omitted the information. Waste of time and money.
